Shipping policy

Nikoni Pharma is committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible, and there is typically a handling time of 1 business day before orders ship. This means that most orders placed on Monday will ship Tuesday, but orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday will typically ship Monday.

We offer flat rate shipping starting at $6.95 up to 1LB. However, if you spend over $69 (after discounts/promotions are applied) on a single order, shipping is FREE within the contiguous U.S (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico excluded).

All orders are shipped by one of the following carriers, depending on shipping method and location: USPS, FedEx or UPS. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours before departing our warehouse for shipment. 

If your products are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, they may incur additional shipping charges depending on the weight of the package.

Nikoni Pharma is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please let us know before the order ships so that we can have our warehouse correct the address before shipping the order.

We cannot control delays from USPS, UPS & FedEx and generally do not refund shipping costs if we have both shipped the order on time and shipped it using the correct shipping method. If an order with paid shipping is delayed due to our mistake or has the wrong shipping method purchased, we are happy to provide a full refund of the shipping costs.
