That’s why we offer a money back-guarantee on the first bottle of any supplement that we sell, including multipacks. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Nikoni Pharma will review the reason of return and if found genuine then the customer will get full refund. Opened or tampered products are not considered for returns. The customer to bear the shipping charges to ship out the return bottle. 

Multipacks, too? Yes, multipacks, too! Ship us all the unopened bottles for a full refund. Opened or tampered products are not considered for returns. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Nikoni Supplements is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to an error on the customer’s part. Subscription orders that are not canceled – or skipped prior to processing – are also not eligible for a refund.
